This is the People’s Doctrine and focuses solely on the people and people’s interests. The People are the centre of universe of this doctrine.

The ultimate aim of this doctrine is to enable the People to mobilize people’s power movements to get political power back into People’s hands so that People will be lead by the People, and People will lead for the best interests of the People, under the overarching universal rule of Law which is to be made by the People.

When People become their own rulers, the role of a government will be limited to being Servant of the People”; a government will be the servant of the People, not the other way round any more.

People will elect who their representatives are, and who their government will be. People will have the rights not only to elect their trusted leaders, but also to de-elect any untrustworthy usurpers of power. People will also determine by themselves which methods they will use to install the trusted ones from among themselves into government. People will also make their own choice on which method they will use to bring down despotic rulers.

When People rule themselves, all affairs of the State will be run by the People; People’s Representatives will run the day to day management of the affairs of the State; People will direct their Representatives on how to run the day to day management of the affairs of the State; the Representatives must account on how they run their duties to the People.

When People rule themselves, the wealth of the State and all State incomes will be invested and used wholly and solely for the People. The government officials will not get a chance to steal People’s money or to squander it away by giving tax cuts to already rich people making them richer and richer while leaving poor People in  the depths of poverty. People’s money, coming from the taxes paid by the People, will be used to provide free services for the fundamental essential public services, such as _ universal basic free healthcare, free and compulsory and nationally standardized basic education, public transport and communication systems, reliable trustworthy law enforcement systems, independent and fair judicial systems, etc.

When People rule themselves, the State will be run with neither a capitalist or a socialist system, the government will neither be a left-wing one nor a right-wing one. People will choose the best system to suit them at any one time; sometimes it will resemble socialism, sometimes capitalism, but essentially it will just be the People-ism. People will pull the reins of their government in such a way that the government will sometimes labour on the left side of political spectrum, but also gallop on the right side at other times, depending on the wishes and needs of the People at any particular time.

When People rule themselves, no political party will be able to thrive or survive if they become out of touch with the People. Only People’s parties will prosper in the politics of the People’s country.

“By the People, for the People” doctrine is different from ‘anarchy’ in that here the People will be equally under the universal Rule of Law. Not only man-made Laws but also the Natural Laws of Justice will prevail. People Power and Rule of Law will march hand in hand. Although People through their Representatives in the elected legislative Assemblies will be able to control the making of the Laws, the Laws will be made fully in accordance with internationally accepted universal principles of democracy, freedom, human rights and the Natural Laws of Justice. These fair and humane Laws will safeguard the powerful People from becoming anarchists or vigilantes.

The doctrine of “By the People, for the People” will come into full realization through five stages: _

• Propagation: Spreading the doctrine into hearts and minds of the People.
• Preparation: Making people power struggles to undermine the dominance of military despots
• Power: Taking power into People’s hands. (It is not the end of the struggle as it just opens another phase.)
• Pre-achievement: Using the power in their hands, People will start building their ideal society.
• People’s ultimate Victory: In an ideal People’s society, all principles of the doctrine of “By the People, for the People” become established to the fullest extent.
