Foundation Declaration

Burma liberation Front was founded in exile (HQ in London) on 01.01.2010 with an aim of carrying the torch of Burma’s Human Rights struggle over to the post-2010-election era, to carry on the fight against military’s illegitimate and unlawful dominance in Burma’s civilian politics and to pass on the spirit of the fight for human rights to new generations to make sure that Burma eventually one day Burma will get fulsome and genuine democracy flourished with internationally acceptable universal standards of Human Rights.

Burma liberation Front does not recognize military regime’s 2008 sham pro-military constitution as the legitimate constitution of Burma.

Burma liberation Front does not recognize military regime’s planned 2010 elections; nor believe that they would be free and fair; and so, will not recognize any results of that fake elections.

Burma liberation Front will not recognize any puppet fake-civilian government to be installed by the military regime after their sham 2010 elections.

Burma liberation Front will carry on the fight for democracy and human rights until all people of Burma get genuine democracy and perfect fulsome human rights.

Burma liberation Front will make our best endeavours to bring Burmese military dictators to International Criminal Court to make them account for their brutal inhumane breaches of human rights in Burma.
