On the last day of the Copenhagen Conference, the Chinese Minister of Science and Technology Dr Jiahua Pan outline how China is doing their level best to prevent the climate change and that they are willing to sacrifice for the benefit of the world. At this Prof, Win asked him in front of the 500 delegates of how his speech correlate with the current conditions in Burma when China has sold $4.5 billion worth of arms to the Burmese Junta and the Burmese could not pay it in cash and has given up its timber to the Chinese almost wiping the whole of tropical rain forest that effect the climate conditions. He also ask about the environmental degradation of the proposed construction of the Chinese oil pipe line from the Bay of Bengal across Burma to Kunming.
