  This certificate representing the diploma of the BB, BURMA’s BUTCHER, as well as that of the DD, DHAMMA-DANGER willl be conferred tomorrow to the worst Burma’s Military Dictator, THAN-SHWE, by Burma Aung San-ism Front through the Ceremony of the 64th Birthday Anniversary of DASSK, Burma’s National Leader and 1991 Nobel Peace Prize winner, as well as the NLD General Secretary, held from 2:00 to 5:00pm on Saturday, 20 June 2009 at St. Henry Church, Fort Wayne, IN-46816, Indiana State,
  U. S. A.

  It is declared by us to the entire world that Than-Shwe is the Number One Enemy of all the 50-million Nationalities of Burma. Therefore, as the War Criminal of Burma, we confer him the certificate of two diplomas (BB & DD).

  In the very near future, we will send him up to the ICC, International Criminal Court on his various crimes against humanity. His fate must certainly be that of Yugoslavian President Milocevic or that of Iraq dictator Saddam Husein.

  [NOTE] From now on, we will never use so-called ‘Senior General’ in front of his name because he has been appointed himself. And there has been no Law and no Parliament throughout his illegal and illegitimate rule of 16-and-a-half years. He is still insatiable for power and try to prolong his rule by holding a sham election in 2010, despite his age more than 75, over the pension age.
