If we want to form Exile Government, NLD should lead who won General election in 1990.NLD should cooperate with Ethnic National leaders to form exile Govt of Burma. Under take care of Govt of Burma (Exile), we should form federal Army, Youth, Women, Media which from Ethnic Nationality with equal representative from prospectively. There are tree types of political transition from authoritarian regime to democratic one.
1. If we Stronger than SPDC and if regime lose its strength and collapse. We could overthrown SPDC,
2. If we were weak, SPDC will step forward and will change to authoritarian Democracy
3. If both forces have equal Strength, there will be needed compromise.

The author has made the point. I have been in the exile world for 20 years and get sick with all those fruitless factional fighting. Now I am glad these people are still exiles. I hope they don’t go back to Burma and rule the country to ruin it.
