With the present unworkable policy of ASEAN on Burma and the different attitudes of India and China on Burma, present Junta, presumed to be naive by world community, may become a regional threat few decades down the line and will find it very hard to contain - may be harder than North Korea. And the message is :- ASEAN: Better Watch Out!
