According to legend tayoke pyay min &quot;ran away&quot; from the Chinese (or rather Mongols), but at least the country wasn&#039;t flooded by Mongols or Chinese then. Now we have a tayoke pay min. He can stay in Naypyidaw while in reality the Chinese merchants run (and overrun) the country.  As u said the Dragon throne practically rules Burma, while the peacock throne collects dust in a museum. Well the Scythian (thaki wunmyo) dynasty actually ended with tarup pre min (correct spelling).</description>
