Graffiti in Burma under the dictatorial regime has indeed launched on.
The graffiti is done without being noticed but its words or drawings of (political) views and beliefs are intended to make publicly known.
There are some easy, cheap and quick ways:
1. Use a piece of chalk (after soaking in red ink) to write words or draw a pic.
2. Stick or pin a red piece of paper on the wall.
Take care. Safety is your first priority.
