Keep your eyes on gas-pipe-lines

According to our contacts in Burma, MOE (Ministry of Energy) met with UNOCAL in July 2008 and some delegation groups are going to Japan on Energy matters.
The SPDC military government of Burma will continue the last pending project called 3 in 1 gas line project. Which is connecting from Total Platform to Rangoon through Irrawaddy Delta area, the area devastated by Cyclone Nagis.
So, the Government is not interested in Nagis victim’s relief programs.
The SPDC will make some more US Dollar profits from those Pipe Line connection projects such as,
1. Pipe Contractors
2. Sub Sea jobs
3. Platform or up stream project construction
4. On shore projects
5. Gas Turbines purchasing
6. Gas Compressor Projects
7. Metering Station construction at along the pipe line route
8. Local projects.
Production Department and Planning Department of Myanmar Oil & Gas Eneterprise is planning for detailed implementations.
So, keep open your eyes and ears for SPDC mis-usings of the state owned money.
Need more information on;
1. Pipe lines were purchased from CHINA, and how many millions of US Dollars were stolen during the purchase.
2. Where is the Technic Offshore and HS Compressor’s Mark-Up price and how many million of US Dollars of bribe money were taken.
3. Why not declare the Offshore Gas Income from 1996 to 2008 such as signature bonus, daily income, revenue and other profits.

This kind of article and sayings are insulting the burmese people who need help of international community. In stead of helping them, it pushes the situtaion into worse. The opposition still do not understand why 92% of people voted the so call sham constitution!!
It seems that the opposition has decisided to destroy our Nation at all cost because they had lost their game.

Who is Sandarmon?
He/she seems to be an ADMIRER of the SPDC, if not related to one of the bloodthirsty guys in uniform in Burma.
Just imagine, that 92% of the people have endorsed the ‘SHAM REFERENDUM’!
What a joke folks!
Let me ask who counted the votes and in front of whom also!
The people were dying and suffering from the ravages of the CYCLONE NARGIS and Than Shwe held the referendum. And he declared he secured 92% of the votes.
HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN?
When an earthquake leveled a Chinese town Chinese soldiers even parachuted into the devastated area and helped the people in every way.
And their President Hu Jiang-tao was among the victims giving personal comfort and cheering them up as we have seen on TV worldwide.
Where was Than Shwe then?
Don’t tell me he was in his LAIR at Nay Pyi Daw giving his beloved Kyaing Kyaing a massage, head to toe.
He might also be rewarding his astrologers for telling him to move his lair to Nay Pyi Daw from Rangoon even.
Where were our Burmese soldiers when the whole delta region was devastated by the cyclone?
And he didn’t dare to send the soldiers to help the people LEST they might get CLOSE and FRIENDLY with the people. Possibly, it would be a NIGHTMARE for him if the soldiers REFUSED to shoot the people when he gives the order next time.
And the international community’s hands were tied and their relief supplies seized by the SPDC thugs and the soldiers. What about it?
Nobody stepped in to prevent the thugs from robbing the relief supplies meant for the people. Why?
Some of the well known people who headed the relief operations were manhandled and coerced and the supplies confiscated. Why?
This is evidence that there is NO RULE OF LAW, much less ORDER in Burma under the boot of Than Shwe, where LAWLESSNESS and MAYHEM are the order of the day.
Until today, the people are not receiving help and supplies as they should and are entitled to, though the international community has dutifully brought into the country by all means.
Today, the international community has publicized that relief aid would be stopped. WHY?
The so-called OPPOSITION is not playing any hand in stopping the relief supplies from landing in the hands of the needy people of Burma since day one until today. The truth is that the OPPOSITION has every hand in getting the supplies to the people in every form and guise since the beginning until today.
ONLY THAN SHWE LED THUGS ARE THE CULPRITS MAKING LIFE HARD AND HAZARDOUS FOR THE PEOPLE OF BURMA SINCE DAY ONE UNTIL TODAY! And that includes the so-named SANDARMON.also.
And who is playing what game?
Daw Suu, Min Ko Naing, U Win Tin, U Khun Htun Oo and others are still locked up or under house arrest. Who could be playing the game then?
There is nobody left to play the game if they wanted to even, as all the relevant and entitled people are under house arrest, in prisons or coerced into inaction at the moment.
Only Than Shwe and his thugs are playing a game, with their own deck of cards and with their own people.
Then who is going to lose?
NOBODY of course, but only the PEOPLE!
If Than Shwe dares to play the game, why wouldn’t he free Daw Suu, Min Ko Naing, U Khun Htun Oo, U Win Tin and others and let them play also.
I will bet MY LIFE on Daw Suu against SANDARMON’s Than Shwe in this game, if Than Shwe plays this so-called GAME with Daw Suu, on FREE and FAIR terms also!
If you got the guts please reply this mail at your earliest.
For your information, Than Shwe is a COWARD and he has no guts to play the GAME on equal terms, much less FREE and FAIR with Daw Suu, only a widow who has not even a PIN to defend herself.
Than Shwe is a SHE MAN, who likes to BULLY women only.
Of course, he is AFRAID of Daw Suu, not to mention Min Ko Naing, U Win Tin, U Khun Htun Oo and even Su Su Nway for that matter, as evidenced by keeping them locked up or under house arrest until today.
Trust me, this guy has brought NUISANCE and SHAME on our MEN FOLK, specifically, in a land like Burma where HEROES, Anaw-ra-hta, Ba Yint Naung, Alaung Pa-yar, Maha Ban Doola, Saya San, U Aung Myat, General Aung San and his colleagues, U Thant (UN Secretary General for two terms - 10 years), Daw Suu, Min Ko Naing and his 8888 Generation Colleagues, U Win Tin , U Khun Htun Oo etc. are abound.
He wouldn’t DARE to give even a women like Daw Suu a FREE and FAIR HAND in a fight, much less in an election where Daw Suu has 55 million plus people behind her. That is why he held his referendum by himself and he is going to hold the election by himself, while keeping Daw Suu and others in custody.
That is the game Than Shwe is playing man! What a BIG LAUGH!

Why don’t you TEACH that military mongrel a thing or two about WHAT CHIVALRY means, that is if you know?
I doubted it VERY MUCH looking at what you wrote and your support for a MONSTER or BEAST let’s say, like Than Shwe who wouldn’t even hesitate to KILL our revered monks. Even if he says he is a BUDDHIST, I wouldn’t BELIEVE him!
Well, just convey what you have read here and translate this to Than Shwe, as I really believed he had no formal education and knows only a few words of English, much less than you as I know.
