We, fighters of freedom and democracy for Burma should know also about the SPDC's ideology, which is fascism (Nazism). Only then, will we be able to fight against the SPDC in the sphere of ideology, effectively.
The fascism of the SPDC is based on extreme racism or ultra-nationalism (belief in master race, or in racial superiority)and militarism, underpinned by feudalism. We may term it as feudal fascism.
The organizing principles of the fascists are strict top-down control, the cult of unity, strength and purity. Fascists readily resort to brute force, treachery and lies to achieve their objectives. They have no respect for human dignity and zero tolerance for all other ideologies. These lead to monumental arrogance of the fascists and hate policy towards all oppositions.
Fighters against facism sometimes have a tendency to become fascists themselves, in a reactionary response. We must guard against such tendency, and firmly believe in the principles of democracy and struggle on.

I believe the Junta will fall.
Ozymandias
written in 1817 by Percy Bysshe Shelley
I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: "Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert. Near them on the sand,
Half sunk, a shattered visage lies, whose frown
And wrinkled lip and sneer of cold command
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them and the heart that fed.
And on the pedestal these words appear:
`My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings:
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!'
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away.

We need only 3 kinds of weapons we have never cared to use for the past decades. If we start using them from NOW onward we could make a big different in a few years.

1. Democracy
The democratic opposition has not fully understood, embraced or practiced democracy for the past decades. So ideologically we were so weak, to say the least. LET US START FROM "A" AND EQUIP OURSELVES AND THE PEOPLE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF DEMOCRACY FROM NOW ON.

2. Strategy
The biggest strategic blunder we have made is relying too much on Daw ASSK, who was locked up in her house for such a long long time. Even after she alarmed us the last time to go ahead without waiting for her, there seems to be no clear strategy coming out from the leading parties until NOW!
LET US LEARN WHAT IT MEANS BY STRATEGY IN ITS DEEPEST SENSE. FRIENDS OF BURMA WORLDWIDE HAS BEEN TELLING US FOR MANY YEARS AND MANY TIMES THAT WE THE DEMOCRATIC OPPOSITION LACKS STRATEGY. EVENTHEN, WE HAVE BEEN IGNORING OUR GREATEST IGNORANCE. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SIN COMMITTED EVER BY US.

3. Unity
Many among us are now looking for ALTERNATIVES. THERE IS NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE BETTER THAN "UNITY"!!! This is the best and most powerful weapon and this weapon is the MOST DREADED by the dictators. That's why they locked up our leaders like DAW ASSK, Min Ko Naing, Su Su Nway, Khun Htun Oo and the like. That is the reason they have been drivng wedges between KNU, KIO, NLD etc. etc. And we complied and divided - our UNITY even if it exist, is NOT strong enough without these leaders - who can unify us.
SO, WE MUST FIND WAYS TO BUILD VERY SOLID UNITY AMONG US ALL EVEN WHEN OUR LEADERS ARE LOCKED UP. Disunity is the biggest disservice against DAW ASSK and other leaders we could have ever done!

To summarize:-
1. Let us equip ourselves with strong ideology of democracy from now on.
2. Let us learn about STRATEGY. (The dictators are experts on this).
3. Let us find ways together to unite among ourselves even if we have no single leader to unify us at this moment.

Let us share opinions further.
Sincerely,

Salai Kipp Kho Lian

Any comment or criticism will be appreciated and welcome.

This article is well said. We all must keep our hope alive and knowing that even the great empires such as the Soviet Union and many other past empires disappeared. We must believe that the juntas and their criminal regime will one day fall.
