Most un-wanted Dead or Alive!
Any good citizen who find this criminal should not arrest him dead or alive. He is to be killed immediatly and his corpse is to be used as animal feed or natural fertilizer. Sending the corpse for autopsy or proof will only waste state money and fuel. The one who captures him can use it as he thinks fit. Putting him in prison with the hard core criminals will only corrupt the inmates. Even the waste from the prisoners is too good to feed him. Anyone who send this criminal to the authorities will be heavily fined. Officers who cause him to die extra judicially will be heavily rewarded and promoted. If you don’t beleive this, try it! In the ancient times one who wanted to be a king, killed a king. The law may still work today.
