Tat ma taw thar < nwar (cattle) just doing for the sake of U Than Shwe, not for people of Burma.
Nwar cattle can be more beneficial than tat ma taw thar (soldiers, and generals). Because we can eat after death. They also do not trouble to human beings.
So Nwar cattle is better than tatmataw thar
