Help the people once and for all by sending arms and ammunition and help topple the ogre generals. They are willing to secrifice another one million innocent lives living in the delta after killing and driving millions of people from their homes. Like what their communist Russian idol once said, he was willing to sacrifice 20% of the population to reach the goal of Utopian communist nation.
