As ordinary people (pu htu zin), people will need/want something all the time.
There are basic needs (food, cloths, shelter) and extra needs (luxury). When basic needs are fulfilled, people can be tolerant (thee khan naing gya bar laint mal).
It’s also too bad to fulfill few people’ luxuary needs by misusing/ignoring many people’ basic needs.
