  Tin Aung Myint Oo was a drug carrier from Shan State to Mandalay.
  His military convoy always carried drugs and chemicals for the chinese in Mandalay.
  He made heaps of black money with chinese.
  We will never accept all rubbish signatures from War Office-KyatPyay.
