I agree now we must vote "NO".
I think boycott or no vote may not work in practically for all Burmese inside.
But it is possible that all prodemocracy people can vote NO if there is free and fair referendum facility.

If No is good for us, ALL should say same voice NO at referendum.
Some people are saying Boycott Referendum with "No Vote". I feel it is spiltting our strength.
If all can do "No Vote", it is very good.
But it may not work practically, I think, it may be difficult for all Burmese can follow boycott.

Actual votes will be coming from inside people. Not outside people. 100% of prodemocracy people inside Burma dare not do "No Vote". Some will do some will go and vote NO. Government can control people by making list who come to vote and not come. If they control by any method, some people will be afraid and will go and vote. If some people say "No Vote" and some people say "Vote No", therefore "No Vote" numbers will be reduced although all (no vote=boycott or "vote no") are anti-government). It doesn't mean they support goverment, but ... So go and vote NO is easier way all people can do it.

But outside people and other international organizations, some powerfull countries should make sure to have free and fair (hman kan hmya ta thaw sanda khan u pwell). If there is free and fair referendum, all people dislike goverment can vote NO. It means we follow government's order to go and vote. But with free and fair referendum facility, we can vote with our right (chance) NO to show our desire.

UN should not accept junta's reject to send UN monitor for referendum. It is very important for all Burmese. If junta does not listen, UN should give a strong lesson to junta. They already do as they like, as a return, junta should approve for free and fair referendum. Now junta's tricks are appearing more and more clearly. So all Burmese should be united and time to say only NO. If some people no vote or boycott, our "Vote for against junta" will be lesser than all vote "NO".
Dear Ko Thi Ha,

We never vote " Yes ".
We are thinking
1. to vote " No " or
2. not to go to Ballot ( Voting place ).

Please advise.

Thanks
