I'm agreed with sandar. We don't have good and real leader like general aung san. Of course daw su can stepped into his father's shoes.
But she wasted her youth inside the house for six years.
We can see clearly in saffron revolutation that no prominent leader came out for this case. Can't pursue the rest of crowd. If there was a good leader, we can see the difference the things from now on.
Now become hopeless!

1- in the postcard, the monk is not Ashin Gambira.
2- see his photo in Ko Nick's blog. http://niknayman.blogspot.com/2007/12/blog-post_28.html
3- it's not late to correct the postcard design.
regards,
KH

I think Ko Ko Gyi tries at least to act like a real politician. But he failed to convince his group and the whole Burmese opposition to follow his ideas and visions.

Many among the Burmese pro democracy activists do not possess rich political vision. They just act like activists with poor vision for future.
Some NLD senior members seem have the considerable rich vision in political view but they can not reach to realize their ideas – the result is we have a NLD totally useless.
Most of the 88gs members are agitators and not politicians. Such as Min Ko Naing, Htwe Kyaw, Ko Mya Aye and many others. Thy know how to agitate people feeling, emotion but once the agitation is obtained, they do not know how to use it in order to achieve results. This is the main reason why 88gs can not reach to lead the movement a step forward politically.

Look at the reaming of the 88gs, when we listen to them, obviously they have no vision, no political knowledge and no opinion on their won. However they are highly motivated for doing something and trying to agitate the people tirelessly and find out all ways for another uprising. I think they should sit down for a moment and think of what should we do with cold head. We can not continue ina cycle of "uprisings and crackdowns". Doing politica is not only creating the agitations.

Burma does not really possess the good politicians but only the activists who know only to agitate.

To say honestly, it is very difficult to choose who is the most prominent person for 2007.
