		<description>Than Shwe and his followers will be more stubborn to the world demand as long as he feels the citizen of Burma are too scare to openly oppose his rule.
He can say the people are with him since there is no true demonstration that shake his conscience.
The people in Burma especially the educated professionals, doctors, engineers, accountants etc must have courage to organise mass civil disobedience that is the only way he will know he has no power. Otherwise Than Shwe can show the world thats all the civil servants and professionals are behind him.
No wonder he and his military servants are dared to go against the the foreign presure. eng</description>
