We appreciated to the UN officials and special advisor to the United Nations Secretary-General Dr. Gambari who read Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s statement on November 8^th.in Singapore regarding for reconciliation.

When we read the Junta’s News papers, they mentioned that ethnic groups or national- races arm groups’ opinion and intention must be mentioned through their mother of races or nationalities or states because there were so many groups and so many races in Burma.

Burma have (14) States and Division since 1948 and these include (1) Kachin State (2) Kayin State (3) Shan State (4) Arakan State (5) Mon State (6) Thanintaryi Division (7) Pegu Division (8) Kayah State (9) Irrawaddy Division (10) Mandalay Division (11) Magwe Division (12) Sagine Division (13) Chin State and (14) Rangoon Division.

In 1988, Gen Ne Win sincerely declared that the real country situation was facing financial debt, public were going to the poorest condition and almost of his BSPP (Burma Socialist Programme Party) member were involved in corruption and etc, then he announced to go with multi Party System. Actually even U Ne Win has a Political HISTORY and involvement with thirty comrades in Burmese independence history.

In contrast, for Junta Groups, they are not listed in any Historical Independence movement. In fact, they were listed in Destroyers of Burma or Killers who have poor knowledge of Public Affairs.

According to Burma Poor situations, people were becoming angry and Monks, Student, Politicians and NLD party made peaceful demonstrations on the street and near the pagodas.

However, the Junta cracked down all groups including Buddhist Monks and students by using many cruel ways and accused them as insurgents with bombs and guns.

Actually, we may have shot down all generals if we have guns or bomb in those periods as we suffered a lot of pain. However, religious Buddhists never do like the Junta or SPDC. They never act like this.

In September 27^th and 28^th, SPDC announced the “Election Rule & Regulation” and “Election Principles” so that all party and politicians were able to enter election. On 5^th.May, 1989, Gen Saw Maung announced again that the election should be held in 1990 and Junta will allow any official parties to enter the election and after that Junta will hand over the power to the People elected party and will go back to their Barracks ”.

After 1990 May election, NLD won more than 85 % of the voting areas and SLORC was not really satisfied with the result because their expected Voting areas were won by NLD ieven in Army Zone (Minglardon Area).

Instead of handing over the power, the Junta then invited the National Convention on 9^th. Of January 1993. There were 702 candidates attending that NC and among them only 99 candidates were elected members. As SLORC was not giving the right opportunities for further discussions, NLD boycotted the NC. So Junta declared the NLD departed by it in 1996.

NLD asked the tripartite dialogue all the time since 1990. But the junta did not accept. SLORC changed its name to SPDC in 1997. In 2000 there was an attempted assassination to DASSK in Bahan Township by some of Junta special trained people and it was not successful so that they attacked her again in May, 2003 with Depayin Masscres.

In August 30,2003, Gen Khin Nyint declared “ROAD MAP” to the World and People of Burma. It claimed that the Road Map meaning must be sincere and genuine for Public. Actually Junta is taking the time frame and not intending to do for Public.

During 1988 to 2007, SPDC engaged in a lot of businesses so that their contacts and family members have become millionaires. .Also we have already known that 1/90 statement of 27 July, 1990’s meaning is very clearly “ to draw the draft of constitution by elected persons from victory party with out pre condition”.

According to their “ROAD MAP” statement and 1/90, SPDC must follow their road map principles step by step, and the present ethnic groups’ announcement should be submitted through their mother of races or nationalities via proper channels officially, otherwise it may lead to the “CIVIL WAR”.

So, GENERALS of Burma must remember “WHAT PROMISE THEY HAVE GIVEN ” as sincerely and bravely. Otherwise they will remain hooding as “KILLERS of Monks, Students and Public” for generations.

According to Road Map, SPDC must release detained politicians and Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and must consider for True Public Desires sincerely despite of showing the desires of the USDA and government thugs.

We would like to invite to all SPDC Generals or Junta to make PRESS CONFRENCE in front of witnesses, diplomats and correspondents about “REAL SITUATIONS IN BURMA” such as (1) Who are destroying Burma (2) Who are doing corruptions (3) Who are involving with corruption of state owned BUDGET and natural resources income and (4) Whom are under Junta’s pressures and being killed in public areas; not in killing zones.

Also, we would like to say thanks to President of US, Mr. and Mrs. Bush; Philippines President Gloria Arroyo; country officials from Singapore that hold the ASEAN 13th Summit and State members who have sympathy of our public suffered.

In conclusion, we can say that the Junta is “Evil of Burma” and everyone is now waiting for “D” day of “DEFY ” for Monks and religious affairs.
