We appreciated the UN officials and special advisor to the United Nations Secretary-General Dr. Gambari read Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s statement on November 8^th in Singapore regarding reconciliation.

When we read the Junta’s Newspaper are mentioned the ethnic group or national- races armed groups opinion and intention must be mentioned through their mother of races or nationalities or states because so many groups and so many races in Burma.

Burma have (14) States and Division since 1948 and there are (1) Kachin State (2) Kayin State (3) Shan State (4) Arakan State (5) Mon State (6) Thanintaryi Division (7) Pegu Division (8) Kayah State (9) Irrawaddy Division (10) Mandalay Division (11) Magwe Division (12) Sagine Division (13) Chin State and (14) Rangoon Division.

In 1988, Gen Ne Win sincerely declared the real country situation was facing financial debt, public were going to the poorest condition and almost of his BSPP (Burma Socialist Programme Party) member were involved in corruption and etc, then Gen Ne Win announced to go with multi Party System. Actually U Ne Win have HISTORY and involved with thirty comrades listed members when Independence of Burma history.

At present Junta Groups are not listed in any History Independence history of Burma and listed in Destroyer of Burma or Killer lists who are very hard understanding of Public Affairs.

According to Burma Poor situation, Public were becoming angry and Monks, Student, Politicians and NLD party were showing demonstration peacefully along the street and around the Pagoda peacefully.

But the Junta destroyed all the groups including Buddhist Monks and students by so many ways and accused them as insurgent and using bombs and guns.

Actually, we will shoot all Junta if we have guns or bombs in those times, because we suffered very great pain and Buddhist religious people never do like the Junta or SPDC behavior.

In September 27^th and 28^th, SPDC announced the “Election Rule & Regulation “and ” Election Principles” then all parties and politicians prepared to compete with their election. Then 1989, 5^th. May, Gen Saw Maung announced again the election should be held in 1990 and Junta will allowed any official parties to enter the election and Junta will hand over the power to the People elected party and Junta will back to their Barracks “.

After 1990 May election, NLD win the election among the Voting area more than 85 % and SLORC is really not enjoyed with those result because they expected Voting area were not successful even Army Zone (Minglardon Area).

Then Junta invited the National Convention on 9^th. Of January 1993, the 702 candidates were attending that NC and only 99 candidates were elected. The remaining candidates were from elected persons. Then NLD adjourned the NC because of SLORC was not giving the right opportunities for further discussion and Junta declared the NLD was departed by themselves in 1996.

NLD also expected the compromise with three groups all the time since 1990 but SLORC changed the their name as SPDC in 1997 and showed the Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and their co-operation in 1999-2000. In 2000 at Bahan Town ship, DASSK was assassinated by some of Junta special trained peoples and then attacked again at Depayeeyin in 2003 end of May.

In August 30,2003, Gen Khin Nyint declared again “ROAD MAP” to World and Burma Public, the Road Map meaning must be sincere and genuine for Public. Actually Junta is taking the time frame and not intending to do for Public.

During 1988 to 2007, SPDC doing business by so many contacts and families for their long lasting of power and they are becoming as millionaire. So we known the 1/90 statement of 27 July,1990 meaning is very clearly ” to draw the draft of constitution by elected persons from victory party with out pre-condition”.

According to their “ROAD MAP” statement and 1/90, SPDC must follow their road map principle step by step, and the present ethnic groups announcement are also submitted through their each mother race or nationalities by proper channel officially, otherwise JUNTA or SPDC is creating the “CIVIL WAR”.

So, GENERAL of Burma must remember ” WHAT THEY HAVE GIVEN PROMISE” as sincerely and bravely otherwise they are in likelihood “KILLER of Monks, Students and Public for their generation’”

According to Road Map step, SPDC must release the detained politicians and Daw Aung San Suu Kyi for the correlation of political meaningfully and must consider for Public Desire sincerely, now, Junta or SPDC showing their trained people and their supporter’s desires.

We are cordially inviting to all SPDC member Generals or Junta to make PRESS CONFRENCE in front of witness, Diplomat and correspondence REAL SITUATION OF BURMA such as (1) Who are destroying Burma (2) Who are doing corruption (3) Who are involved with corruption of state owned BUDGET and natural resources income and (4) Whom are under Junta’s pressure and killing individually at public area are not killing zone.

We would like to thank to President of US, Mr. and Mrs Bush and Philipine President Gloria Arroyo and Host of ASEAN 13^th. Meeting Summit in Singapore country officials and State members who have achieved by diplomacy way and sympathy of our public suffered.

So we are saying the Junta is “Evil of Burma” and everybody is waiting for “D” day of “DEFY ” for Monks and religious affairs.
