China Being ‘Constructive’ to Whom?

UN: “Why are you supplying military hardware to the murderous Burma Army? You said you were going to be ‘constructive’.”

CHINA: “We ARE being constructive. We are helping to construct the Burma Army by supplying riot shields, batons, military trucks, tanks, guns and ammunition.”
