The cases like Milosevic and Rawanda genocide mostly take time in collecting evidence. In Burma case, as far as I know, a lot of evidence has already been collected. It's the political will that is lacking. We must have confidence that the atrocites committed by this regime should end soon and their crimes must not be allowed to go unpunished. Than Shwe can still claim his health, like Chile's Pinochet, to escape punishment for his crimes. We should get our heads together to work out on this issue. We should start the process.
