One day ,at noon, a Tourist Coach parked in front of a Restaurant in Pyinmana.
Pyinmana is very close to current Burmese Military Head Quarters, Kyat Pyay-Nay Pyi Daw.
Tourists saw many barbed-wire barricades with red placards at all road intersections.
Dog Loving Tourists thought the red placards are the warning sign of the Guard Dogs and they asked some questions to Interpreter about the species/breeds of the Guard Dogs in Burma.
Interpreter explained as follows:
“Guard Dogs in Burma are indeed a rare breed in the world. Some Guard Dogs are with uniforms and helmets. Some are with plain cloths and catapults in their pocketes.”
