Humour: Fortune Teller ET
Sep 16th, 2007
There is a very famous fortune teller, commonly known as ET, in Burma.
One day, Senior General Than Shwe’s wife Daw Kyaing Kyaing went to ET’s place and asked some questions.
ET answered,”Ali-Bar Bar-40-Nay Pyi Daw-Kyat Pyay.”
ET’s sister translated as follows,:
“Ali Bar Bar and forty Thieves are reincarnated in Burma and currently residing and working in Burma’s administrative capital KyatPyay Nay Pyi Daw.”

Yes, funny. I think in Nay pyi daw there are much more than 40 thieves. Current government is not only lie big case, but also like to lie small matter as habit.
Here I want to say is not humor. The officer himself retold about this. When they went to abroad, they had to go naypyidaw and received minister’s sending to airport. They were taken video, photographs and taking off airplane from naypyidaw A-lar to abroad. In newspaper and TV news showed as if they departed from A-lar NPD to abroad. In fact, after taking photos, videos, their group went back to Yangon and really took-off from Yangon airport to abroad. They went to NPD for taking photos and videos showing minister say good bye, minister seeing them off at airport to depart abroad from NPD. But actual departure is at Yangon.
Han saung lote zat tway ko ka, ah soe ya ye normal policy lo phyit nay be.
