Although I agreed that we should not attack anyone, except SPDC by name, this is an urgent and important problem of exposing an SPDC spy deeply intruded in the opposition, exiled opposition, and refugees abroad now residing in Australia.

Now it is clear according to his serial of letters to DVB, Democratic Voice of Burma.

He tried to pretend as a Buddhist, although he is a Christian and trying to create anti-Muslim riots in Burma/Myanmar to save his political masters, SPDC Generals, to overcome the present political quagmire.

Let us look at the following excerpts from Dr Hlaing Myint @ Billy (Australia, Sydney) wrote in DVB, Let’s talk_

(But I am not going to repeat his statements regarding Burmese Muslims here to avoid the anger or hatred from both sides. Those who wish to read could still read in DVB’s Let’s talk I will just concentrate on revealing his true self and motives to divert the attention and anger of the Monks and people. )

1. THAA-KHOE-LUU-HIT….the Lairs are shouting the reverse, accusing our Students Leaders, contact with external terrorist groups. 

2. After my release, some Generals,Colonels & families offered me nice jobs ( they used these tactic to NLD leaders) and to forget the people and JUST think for the family. Their usage is ( hnan ta sae nhet se ma dhwet par buu.)

3. The most generous supplier to the monks was a Christian…Can you believe it? (Note: Seems to be self promoting)

4. On 26/june/2006, the Intelligence Officers of Kaular Lumpur (wrong spelling), Malaysia, called members of NLD, Youth (LA) Malaysia. Four leaders went to the meeting. They warned that…two officers of SPDC Military Attache office, K.L. had paid advance money to gangsters to kidnap, Dr.Hlaing Myint & advised to hide. 

5. Malay Intelligence planned to sue these two officers as..PERSONA-NON-GRATA, and requested NLD members to stand as witness. But SPDC quickly shuffled many of it’s (its) staffs.  

6. WHY ???? Because, some of these NLD members are SPDC’s spys (spies)  and they reported every developments to RANGOON… Can you believed (believe) it?? This is not…PON-PYIN…Can check…  (This is his words in DVB) (Note: Just after 88 revolution failed Myanmar MI magazine, Myet Khin Thit, used this tactic, planted suspect in exiled ABSDF upper Burma leading to the killing of dozens of students.)

7. Before I quited from Burma, one( senior) ex-intelligence officer reminded me that, they have many plants in the opposition groups around the world, and to be very, very careful…SPDC paid them very well….  (His words)

8. Dear comrades; please check among yours’ who are spending more than their income, and pretend to be more active & aggressive…. (His words)

9. Finally, I had to asked help from UNHCR for protection. UHCR checked this with Intelligence Office and they came and approved in person .UNHCR issued me RSD card within one day and resettlement within two days. Tranferred to Australia Embassy the next day. 

10. Real politicians do not have support from UNHCR, but ..(His words)

11. Ne Win stepped into suicide, by demonetizing currency to clear AUNG SAN picture from public. 

I wrote the following protest letter to DVB_ 

I hope he is not the Dr Billy (a Christian), brother-in-law of Senior General Than Shwe. Actually his wife and Daw Kyaing Kyaing are sisters. His Burmese name is Dr Hlaing Myint and was said to be jailed in Mandalay jail. He got the MBBS from Mandalay in about 1977-78.

He used to bad mouth publicly about NLD and opposition political prisoners at Rangoon and KL tea-shops repeatedly. This is not the time to start an argument about racial or religious differences. We all need to unite against our common enemy SPDC Junta.  

Now it is clear according to his serial of letters to DVB_

3. Intelligence Officers of Kuala Lumpur (he spelled wrongly), Malaysia, will never (or could not sue because of Diplomatic immunity) the two officers of SPDC Military Attaché office, K.L. (Malay government has a lot of business interest with SPDC e.g. Petronas. I personally know many top government leaders in KL. (See my interviews with some of them.) They would never do this as Dr Billy claimed. That may be a staged show by Myanmar MI to help him the refugee status quickly.)

4. (He wrote) Finally, I had to asked help from UNHCR for protection. UHCR checked this with Intelligence Office and they came and approved in person. UNHCR issued me RSD card within one day and resettlement within two days Transferred to Australia Embassy the next day. But he even dare to contradict himself by writing again_ Real politicians do not have support from UNHCR. He bit the hand of UNHCR, which helped him to get refugee status in just TWO DAYS.

5. He wrote, “Because, some of these NLD members are SPDC’s spies and they reported every developments to RANGOON… Can you believe it? Before I quitted from Burma, one( senior) ex-intelligence officer reminded me that, they have many plants in the opposition groups around the world, and to be very, very careful…SPDC paid them very well…”.

6. (He wrote) Dear comrades; please check among yours’ who are spending more than their income, and pretend to be more active & aggressive…. If I am not wrong, he had promised $1000.00 and monthly $ 300.00 through DVB secret anonymous reporters. (I do not know how to read back his old letter in the Let’s Talk in DVB) Be careful DVB. It may be a plot to expose your reporters and informers. He is a recent refugee and how could he “bait” this large amount of money to DVB.

7. (He wrote) Ne Win stepped into suicide, by demonitizing currency to clear AUNG SAN picture from public. He is wrong. Ne vWin used by promoting General Aung San. Because of Daw Suu only, SLORC and SPDC hate and tried to erase General Aung San from the political scene and history of
   Burma.

8. While in KL he tried to find out who is Dr San Oo Aung.

Yes as he wrote_ “THAA-KHOE-LUU-HIT….the Lairs are shouting the reverse, accusing….” Dr Hlaing Myint @ Billy (Australia, Sydney) is trying to shout, “THIEF! THIEF!” amongst NLD LA and trying to start an anti-Muslim riots in Burma.
