It has already been made known to the people through the news released in the newspapers recently that members of the 88 Generation Leaders calling themselves the ‘SPDC’ have been taken into custody for questioning (23) persons, among them the ringleaders namely :- Snr.Gen. Than Shwe, Vice Snr.Gen. Maung Aye, General Soe Win, Lt.Gen. Myint Swe, Lt.Gen. Khin Maung Than, Lt.Gen. Myint Hlaing.  These destructionists have been plotting to carry out sabotage acts in the nation to undermine peace and stability, and law and order and to prevent the emergence of a new constitution and economic development.

Insurgents calling themselves the ‘Tatmadaw’ have been working with these so-called “88 Generation Leaders” have plotted to blow up innocent civilians in Rangoon and caused the death of many citizens when they carried out a bomb attack in Maha Pathana Cave.

In August this year, Maj.Gen. Soe Naing, Maj.Gen. Hla Tun and Brig.Gen. Thein Saw received instructions from a foreign country (China) to interfere with the emergence of democracy in Burma.  Also present was propaganda minister, Brigadier-General Kyaw Hsan, who was told how to suppress correct information and publish lies, about methods for implementing censorship and control of the internet, and other methods used by China to keep the public in the dark.  Following their visit to the foreign country, these destructionists returning to NayPyiDaw to sabotage the emergence of the new constitution by writing their own ‘National Convention’ and trying to create the dialogue they wanted and to contact foreign-based terrorist organizations in order to carry out terrorist destructive acts.

The people of Burma have taken preventive measures against terrorist destructive acts by internal and external terrorist groups and the situation is under control. For instance, Lt.Gen. Thein Sein has been taken into custody for questioning. It is known that Lt.Gen. Thein Sein laid down and carried out three plans of action, namely (1) to continue and carry out semi-subversive underground activities; (2) to form and act as a legal political party; (3) to fight through armed resistance, and in order to do so they formed the Tatmadaw terrorist organization to terrorize the people of Burma by killing, destruction, rape, torture, forced labour and other acts of terrorism.

Lt.Gen. Myint Swe has been seeking assistance from other countries who wish to prevent the emergence of democracy in Burma.  He has been to North Korea to receive instructions from Kim Jong-Il to create nuclear bombs that the SPDC will use to stay in power in defiance of the wishes of the people.  Lt.Gen. Myint Swe, Maj.Gen. Hla Tun, Maj.Gen. Thura Myint Aung, Maj.Gen. Wai Lwin, and Brig.Gen. Aung Thein Lin have all been making large donations of money stolen from the people of Burma.  These donations have been made to Lucifer and his minions to gain the assistance of the denizens of hell in their three plans.

Vice Gen. Maung Aye, Maj.Gen. Hla Htay Win, Maj.Gen. Aung Min, Brig.Gen. Maung Maung Thein and Lt.Gen. Khin Maung Than joined the SPDC party in 1980s and have all agitated through semi-subversive acts to create riots disturbances since that time.  They were acting in conjunction with the USDA underground and contacting terrorist insurgents in accordance with their three plans of action, they were deregistered as a legal political party from 8-8-1988 onwards. At that time, some members of the SPDC went underground to continue resistance against the people and formed the SPDC and the Tatmadaw as an armed insurgent organization in the central areas.

Through their constant vigilance and plain common sense, the people of Burma have clearly identified these thugs.  The SPDC terrorists are plotting by various ways and means to undermine national peace and stability and prevalence of law and order in cohort with destructive elements within. At the same time, they are making attempts to attack peaceful demonstrations and carry out sabotage acts. This being the case, it is necessary for the people and the pro-democracy activists within Burma and their friends outside to unitedly crush the enemies within (the SPDC) to safeguard favourable conditions for peace and development and peaceful transition to democracy. All those responsible have urged the public to keep constant vigilance against saboteurs who could infiltrate into the places where they live or work and to give an immediate tip-off about suspected destructionists.  If you see the SPDC, report them to the authorities – once they are all in custody and kept there for a long time Burma will be a safer place to live.
