Democracy loving expatriate Burmese people in London staged a protest in front of Burmese military regime embassy in London to show their support to the peaceful marchings and anti-inflation protests in Rangoon and other cities in Burma. It was attended by more than a hundred activists from BDMA-UK, NLD-LA-UK, BMA, Burma Campaign UK, Christian Solodarity, Amnesty International and other international friends of Burma.
After the demonstration, some activists went on to a 24 hour hunger strike; and they also plan to continue daily protests until 8888 generation leaders are released in Burma.
