40th Anniversary of Rice Crisis in Rakhaing

This week people in Rakhaing State of Burma commemorate 40th Anniversary of Rice Crisis Day. On that Day 40 years ago, Rakhaing people who demonstrated against the then military dictatotship regime of Ne Win for serious of rice shortage were brutalled gunned down and massacre by Burmese soldiers.
