Photo Diary: Peace Walk in USA Continued

reported by Moe Chan A Buddhist monk, Ashin Sopaka, from Burma is doing a peace walk in USA, starting from Washington DC on May 30, and will end in New York.

He is now in Baltimore. He is in good health. Ashin Sopaka and his assistant ran into some well wishers throughout the walk, including Burmese and non-Burmese. He and an assistant encountered with police before crossing a bridge. But Ashin Sopaka managed to settle the issue and now continued with the peace walk.

    I wish Ven. Ashin Sopaka and his assistant the best of luck in thier journey for peace.I pray they face no problems on the way. Even I hope to carry similar kind of walk for the well-being of all sentient beings if possible in the near future. Tashi Delek !
