India Chooses Burmese Gas over Burmese Democracy

On 26th March 2007 Monday, there will be a Global Action Day against Shwe Gas Project in Burma.

Burmese democracy activists and their supporters in about 20 countries around the world will stand up for human rights and environmental protection by protesting against the Shwe Gas Project in Burma, targeting the Indian Government for their investments in the project and military support to the brutal Burmese regime.
